All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in New Leone (NLe) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud. Orders are not confirmed until payment is verified and you receive a confirmation notification.

We accept Mobile Money (Orange Money, Africell Money), Cash on Delivery, and Visa/Mastercard payments. Payment must be completed before orders are processed unless Cash on Delivery is selected. All payment information is processed securely through encrypted gateways.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen delivery zone:
• Freetown Central: Same day to 1 business day
• Freetown Outer: 1-2 business days
• Other regions: Contact us for availability

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details and exclusions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
